Ezinne has her early years of experience in the hospitality industry where she managed Top chain Quick Service Restaurants with diverse teams. This helped her acquire a wealth of experience in management which has helped her rise in the consulting field.

She is an associate consultant with TalentEquip Learning and Development in Lagos where she uses Clarity4D (a model used for Personality Profiling) to facilitate trainings on Personal and Orgainsation effectiveness. Adding great value to people and teams.

She has facilitated in different programs for orgainsation like MTN, First Bank Plc, Union Bank, and NOTORE e.t.c

She has PGD in Management science, Accredited Clarity4d Business Partner, Learning Development Associate of Leaning and Development Network International and a businesswoman.
